During the HRRH congres 2019, highlevel HR professionals will get the opportunity to:

  • expand their network
  • share ideas and insights with the largest Belgian HR community
  • get inspired by HR influencers with various international backgrounds

Throughout these two days we create an atmosphere in which you'll be able to listen to and discuss the latest HR trends and insights with both experts and fellow managers.

Technology
Controlling and processing HR-data assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI): business is already on top of it, HR can't stay behind.

Digitalisation
Technology is potentially a leverage towards efficiency and simplification, but can also strengthen the engagement of employees.

Culture
Business is pressured by digitalisation and continuous change. HR needs to contribute to a culture where creativity and willingness to change are the main focus.

Leadership
Continuous learning and change can't be led by an authority focused on planning, command and control. We will look into succesful ways to use concepts like self-management, autonomy, etc.

Flexible Remuneration
How does HR adjust their remuneration policy to a certain company strategy, that resolves more and more around agility, personal remuneration, is less focused on seniority and takes creativity and employability more into account?  How do you control this administratively? Do you choose individual bonuses, teambonuses? Is there room for participation? How does the regulatory framework evolve?

Learning
The current level of technology makes it possible to turn learning into a permanent process, in which learning and working are integrated. This demands a suitable learning culture.

Recruitment
How mature is the technology to not only optimise the recruitment process, but also integrate it into the overall vision on talent? What do concepts like "the employee journey" or "employer branding" mean to you? Will you hire more external experts, or do you prefer them on payroll? What is the best solution for your organisation?

Regulation
What's in the pipeline concerning regulation? How do you cope most effectively with the recent changes in that area?
